I don't mind paying to have my car fix but I feel like that supposed to make everything alright not in my book,very bad business people. More

The reason I come to the Chevrolet Dealer in Lansing is because of people like John Hayes and Jim Gerba. I have had there help in years past and I feel the most comfortable with them with whatever problem because of people like John Hayes and Jim Gerba. A customer needs to feel they have confidence in who they speak with; and give their car to work on over the years these men have given me that confidence in them no matter what problem I may have. I can sincerely say they are number one on my list when it comes to trust and service of my vehicle and I will continue to request them in any return I may have.
