My past experience at this service center was very poor. I only go here because my vehicle is new and I bought it here. This occasion however was the opposite and what should be all the time. My van had a problem with the electronics and both batteries died. On a Friday after Thanksgiving I had to have my dead vehicle towed from my garage to this service center. Because of the holiday a lot of the service staff were not there. They were hard pressed to service their scheduled customers. They explained this to me and I explained that this was my only vehicle and I had a wheelchair bound person at home depending on this. Your service center had no rentals available. The person who helped me said he would try hard to work my vehicle in. He did just that! Another service tech (someone who seems to have a lot of knowledge about vehicle electronics) came and explained in great detail what went wrong with my vehicle. I had two dead batteries and a mass of error codes within all the vehicle electronics. I guess I was lucky he was working that day. And unfortunately I do not remember his name. Unlike my past experience at this service center he treated me like a valued customer - like what should happen routinely all the time. So despite being understaffed and very busy the service center went above and beyond this time and I am grateful. And even better -- all the work was under warranty. More

The service advisor we had treated me like I was somebody. He took me into the area where my truck was and showed me exactly what our problem was. I give that gentleman 100%.
