My first time experience with your service department was terrible! The men were unprofessional. I did speak with the department manager. My oil cap was not placed back on properly, broken. I had my 2010 Jeep wrangler in your shop6 or 7 weeks ago, all the dash lights are on. Brake,engine,anti lock ext. you charged me a diagnostic fee. (No problem) but since I have called 4 times for my service all the dash lights are on. Brake,engine,anti lock ext. you charged me a diagnostic fee. My vehicle was at the dealership for service. My keys were stolen from the dealership, it was difficult trying to get any of the service guys on the phone. After multiple phone calls and being lied to they finally told me that my keys had been stolen. They told me that my car needed a new shifter cable and were going to charge me $600 in labor and $200 in parts. I found out all that I needed was a $15 plastic bushing. They also replaced a warranted ac blower motor and tried to charge me an additional $87 for a blower motor that was under warranty. They said they had to charge me $87 because the warranty companies aren’t paying them the money they are owed. Overall the worst experience I have ever had an I will not be going back. More

Service was good, but had to get a jump start when I picked up the vehicle. When I arrived home, I gave a voltage check on the alternator and the battery. Both were within range. Had an appointment and it took 3 hours to tell me a part was needed to be replaced. As it turns out the part is not available anywhere in the entire United States and wll not be available for 2 months. Thi was needed to be replaced. This is a warranty item for the power train, specifically the Power Transfer Unit. In addition I am told that they do not know if driving the vehicle will make matters worse. The vehicle is our only one and being a disabled 30 year retired veteran and my wife being disabled also, we depend on this vehicle to get us to doctor appointments and to go to the store, etc.etc.... To say the least, this will be the last product I purchase from Chrysler and I have been a MOPAR driver for over 50 years. More
