Got there at 2:30, after a 45 min drive, only to be told it wasn’t ready. They could have text or called to tell me before I found a ride and drove there for nothing. Then said it would be ready at 4:30. Took a ride to store, only to be text at 3, saying it wouldn’t be ready until Friday. Now, 5 days later I get a voicemail while at work AND a text telling me that my parts are in. I ask what parts and she says ABS sensor (which is what I thought was already repaired ) that I paid for because they said it wasn’t covered under my extended warranty. I feel as though I’ve gotten a run around from them. More
Your service department was very good. Jose and Aaron were very friendly, professional and patient. I had to come in several times to have my problem fixed. Your technical team said it Jose and Aaron were very friendly, professional and patient. I had to come in several times to have my problem fixed. Your technical team said it was very challenging. At first they lead me to believe that the part or parts needed may not even be available. This doesn’t leave the customer with a lot of hope that the problem could be fixed and did lead to some anxiety. However the problem has been fixed and so far the “check engine” light has remained off. This was a big relief! By the way, your courtesy car drivers were very friendly and professional. Everyone is to be commended. I have been coming to this dealership now for almost 20 years and have been buying Chrysler minivans since 1989. More

Terrible call back. No one would call me back. Tried several times leave messages then after five days they called and said the car is ready. If I call anybody, especial No one would call me back. If I call anybody, especially Customer Service if I call in the morning, I expect a call the same day or the very next day in the morning other than that things were fine but it definitely knocked your points a couple down. I would’ve given you a five if you only would call me back within a reasonable time. Not five days as if I never called and left a message several times. More
Was charged a high amount to fix a fog light that was supposed to have been corrected earlier in the month when they serviced my car. When we took it back in to get the light fixed again, we dropped it o supposed to have been corrected earlier in the month when they serviced my car. When we took it back in to get the light fixed again, we dropped it off in the afternoon and never received a call to pick it up before they closed for the day. The reasoning we received the next day was that they must’ve called the wrong number. I have been taking my car here to get serviced for the past couple of years, but will not be going back after this unfortunately. More
