Phillips Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Ocala made our car buying process stress free and easy, after visiting a neighboring dealership whom was not honest with the listing prices of their vehicles. We came i buying process stress free and easy, after visiting a neighboring dealership whom was not honest with the listing prices of their vehicles. We came in and informed Mr. Ronik of what we were looking for, as we were already approved through our CU. We test drove the Palisade and fell in love. We were trading in our 16 Honda Accord and knew there would be some negative equity, but Mr. Kevin Roberts made the numbers work and we stayed past closing time to get the deal done. We enjoyed everyone’s professionalism and will be back for future purchases. Thank you!!! More

I would recommend for warranty work and basic services… we purchased our Dodge 3500 from another dealer and the service people always comment on that which is strange. Dealership Repairs resulted in gasoline pouring from my vehicle in my garage. Vehicle had to be towed back to the dealership.When vehicle was returned to me, the gasoline smell was very strong, and still i vehicle in my garage.
