I wouldn't recommend Phillips Dodge! We went this pass Saturday afternoon to order the last call Challenger hellcat Redeye widebody Jailbreak! Met Mark in sales, he gave us the sales exp We went this pass Saturday afternoon to order the last call Challenger hellcat Redeye widebody Jailbreak! Met Mark in sales, he gave us the sales experience and spill over how they're aren't marking cars up over MSRP... like other dealers marking them up $10,000... So we sat there picking opinions and colors for the car making sure we had made copies for us and the dealership. He then went to go order the car he couldn't from his computer, so had to go see the sales manager. He came back said we can order the car but we're going to market it up $5,000... over MSRP which the car was already $105,600... I said the xxxx you are! So we left! We get a few minutes down the road Mark calls and said he spoke with the General Manager Dale and he was willing to sell the car at MSRP, so we came back to the dealership placed the order, they signed and we signed the paperwork... they said they would be in touch as time went on... on... so then the ball breaker 🤔 4 days go by Wednesday evening Mark calls and said unfortunately we couldn't fill the order for the car!!! I'm sure you should have known this on Monday not 4 days later sounds a little fishy 😉 🤔 to me... they probably had hooked some bigger 🐟 that were willing to pay over MSRP... Good luck with this economy... probably many of orders will not be picked up! So Phillips Dodge is a typical dealer! Greedy! Thumbs down 👎 More

Car was towed there Friday at 1 for sat 10 an appt. Quoted $210 for the brake repair. Called at 12 on Saturday was told they didn’t have our truck there. Then was promised they would pick up my husband at work on Monday to get him there to pickup his truck. He called at noon to verify. Supposed to arrive at my work at 3:30 no one ever came. Got a ride to the garage. Then was told it was over $500. No one called to let us know. We did speak to the manager who listened but did not do anything to try to make it up to us. More
