It took me quite a while to get a service appointment and then when I showed up at my appointment time, after waiting for 20 minutes, I was told I would need to wait "2-3 hours as they were very busy or I could come back some other time. I am really enjoying my RAM 1500. Just wish I had another dealer choice in my new hometown. More
