He happened by me on the sales lot, was actually transacting another sale but, I spoke to him, inquired about trucks. He took time to respond. He knew the trucks, dealership, makes and specs...he had an Answer for my needs. Not pressure, help. Sales Manager Lou Deleo, persausive and informative. Very workable/deal maker. Just the look of the dealership, inside and out.....you can tell. "It is a Quality Business". Finance Manger Kevin Roberts, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
