Very over priced, labor charges from what’s the “book says it’ll take” rather then how long it actually took. Vehicle still runs around 222°. Replaced parts without consent and still had to pay for the labor and part. Kept the vehicle for over a week to replace two hoses and a thermostat. One employee told me it was still running hot while the manager said it’s normal. Can see antifreeze on the front axel leaking from somewhere. Attempted to over charge me for parts until I had to mention it. I brought the vehicle in with significantly more fuel then when I received it. However the service advisor was professional and friendly. Would never go back to this dealership. More

I had a terrible experience at the phillips dealership. The sales department blatantly lied about the vehicle's condition and features. The General Manager made several promises to resolve the issues, but The sales department blatantly lied about the vehicle's condition and features. The General Manager made several promises to resolve the issues, but none were kept. The lack of customer service was evident throughout the process, making the car buying experience extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable and honest car buying experience. More
