Tech stated there was no light out in driver side rear faring that we requested to be replaced. As soon as truck was brought out at pick up we immediately saw the light was out! When I arrived for my service appointment I was immediately acknowledged and greeted. My scheduled service was estimated to take an hour and a half but was completed almost twenty minutes sooner. Zero customer service. You're greeted by someone that gives you ticket and tells you to head to the service desk, this is where you stand there being looked at by 6 service You're greeted by someone that gives you ticket and tells you to head to the service desk, this is where you stand there being looked at by 6 service employees that ignore you.
