I waited over 2 hours to be told that the wrong part was ordered. All I received was a sorry. I did not hear if the correct part came in or what is going on. Three hours for oil change with appointment is ridiculous!!!! I was told they were overbooked. My time is valuable and I do not appreciate the wait. Not even sure I will go back.
