I had and oil change and tires replaced. When I picked up the van the wheels were covered in grease and tire dust, looked horrible. Found both rear tires were under inflated at 65psi instead of the 80psi as required. Also found one valve cap missing as well as the Blue Tooth OBD II port sender I had in the port, later found in cup holder in driver side door. I had the dash heat issue and was quoted a highly inflated price for HVAC control module, I decline repair and will deal with that myself. I called after picking up the vehicle to report my disappointment and never received and return call. Overall, out of the last 3 service visits to the dealership, I've had to return the vehicle a total of 6 times for service issues. More

I would only recommend this service center with a warning. To watch the time. And to make sure you get all the details before you go in for service. My starter on my ram 1500 was bad. I told the what it was and they did not replace it. I had to rent a car for 3 days only to find they replaced the ignition switch.
