Service communication confusion Was told I needed brakes and when I was called after the work was completed I was told I did not need brakes. Two very different stories. On my setup call for the service appointment, it was suggested that I have the brake service done (fluids flushed). We almost hung up but I stayed on to ask more questions and then I was told that I already had that service done last year. I’m out of warranty now so no reason to make the drive out here anymore.
