Walked in, drove out with new car 2 hours later BEST dealership experience of our lives. We walked in, told Sam (salesperson) exactly what we wanted, test drove an RDX, and Craig (sales manager) he BEST dealership experience of our lives. We walked in, told Sam (salesperson) exactly what we wanted, test drove an RDX, and Craig (sales manager) helped us seal the deal quickly. We were in and out in under 2 hours and drove our new RDX home that same day. Professionalism was very high and we didn't feel any pressure into buying additional products from the finance manager. Five stars all around at this dealership and we WILL be passing this along to all our friends and family. More

First, we had a timely and quick response from an internet inquiry with details on a number of similar cars that might interest us. Then we contacted Piazza to set-up a hand-off to a salesperson who took us on a test drive and answered any and all of our questions on the 2016 TLX dealer loaners we were interested in buying. Finally, we had a discussion around their established price for the car and our trade-in value with one of their sales managers. We did want to buy soon and he improved the trade in offer and reduced the price of the car to the point where were more comfortable with the deal and final price. Broke my dreams We got a CPO RDX from here last month. During test drive, we found some noise. While they initially denied, another manager agreed and they said they We got a CPO RDX from here last month. During test drive, we found some noise. While they initially denied, another manager agreed and they said they will try to fix it. However they couldn't fix it. Overall it is a good car, so we decided to live with it. However noise become annoying. After 3 weeks I took the car to Davis Acura where they fixed it in couple of hours. So this dealer either does not have good service center or did not try to fix at all. Also car had some other minor issues which I had to get it fixed out of my pocket expense as they are not covered in CPO. Also I did not have a pleasant/pleasurable experience (not because we didn't get discount. We did receive discount. It is mainly of the way they talk & treat) while discussing & negotiating with their Manager. I definitely had much better experience in other dealerships. I prefer not to go again. Just after a week we got the CPO, it started showing TPMS warning due to low pressure in one of the tires. I thought it is normal and fixed it. However it showed that warning every 2-3 weeks after that. So, I took to Davis Acura. They said that one of the wheel was cracked. I called Acura West Chester to explain that I had this issue from beginning. That sales manager did not even care for it. As suggested by Acura Customer Care, I called GM and he offered to take 50% of the repair. However I got that done for free from Acura Customer Service at Davis Acura as they believed that the problem exists even before I got the car. I don't know why all this happen to me alone. We got an extended warranty while we purchased the car. However few weeks later we cancelled it. While everything went fine, they refunded the original cost but didn't refund the sales tax. The lady tried to say that it goes to state department etc. However in PA, we get the Sales tax back when we return items. After couple of calls, they refunded the sales tax too. Please be aware.. I hope this might help anyone else.. More

Awesome Customer Service! Another incredible experience with Acura! Our Sales Consultant (Craig) actually brought the vehicle to our home for a test drive, and then had someon Another incredible experience with Acura! Our Sales Consultant (Craig) actually brought the vehicle to our home for a test drive, and then had someone from Finance come to our home a few days later to complete the paperwork/etc. This was the second time that Craig did this- after the first vehicle, we were hooked. This is the only way to purchase a vehicle, in my opinion. Going to a dealership is incredibly time consuming, and can often be stressful (pressure, price haggling, etc.). Craig went way beyond the 'call of duty' to deliver such a high level of customer service. My wife and I have owned Hondas for the past 15+ years (and been very happy with them), but the opportunity to 'trade up' to an Acura with that type of convenience was something we couldn't refuse. Assuming the Acuras are as good as we expect them to be, we'll be buying more cars from Craig in the future (regardless of which dealership he's employed at). Thanks Craig!! More
