Comprehensive Service Extraordinaire! Brought my MDX in for standard A13 service. Wanted to check on some Zurich Shield coverage I bought back in 2015. I didn't have my contract and thi Brought my MDX in for standard A13 service. Wanted to check on some Zurich Shield coverage I bought back in 2015. I didn't have my contract and this was before the contracts where documented electronically. The Finance manager dug through the paper archives to find my original contract (took him about 20 mins) and recovered it. There was nothing in this extra effort for Piazza money wise so this is an example of honest customer service. Also, I buy my tires from Costco but Costco doesn't do tire alignment which you sometimes should get after buying new tires. When you drive into Piazza it takes pictures of your alignment so you don't have buy an alignment if you don't need one. But if you do, you get an early warning of potentially bad tire wear. More
