Was promised by 2 people that I would have my car by 2:00, and at 1:45 when I hadn't gotten a call, I called and couldn't get ahold of my service advisor. I ended up having to borrow a car to get to my 2:00, and at 1:45 when I hadn't gotten a call, I called and couldn't get ahold of my service advisor. If my car wasn't going to be ready when promised, I should have been notified ahead of time instead of finding out right when I was supposed to be picking up.
