I went in for routine service — oil change and tire rotation. Was promptly greeted at my car, quickly checked in at the service desk, and was out of there in a jiffy. I also have a Ford Raptor for which I paid over $75K and service at the Ford dealership. The difference in dealerships is profound; the Ford dealership acts like you are doing them a favor by going there. I appreciate the service at Piazza Acura so much more. Keep up the good work! More
