Service quickly notified Zurich insurance, who came out and agreed with diagnosis. Changed transfer box; did not solve problem. Changed transmission to solve. I had a loner car for the 2+ weeks the MDX was in the shop. When picked up, my MDX was spotless! Looks like a new car! Can't say enough about the super service! Bob, who handled my case, kept me informed all the way along. The entire crew who worked on my car were superb! Best ever!! More
