I was so discouraged, that I just called West Chester Acura, expecting the same and I got Rob Moffa, told him what I was looking for(never mentioning my previous experiences) and he made it happen. When I got to the dealership, he rolled out the red carpet.. He does that with ALL of his customers. Rob can sell me another Acura even when I’m not looking for one :). not only is he MY sales person but I’m proud to call him now a friend....
