Had a good experience with making a deal for our new car. Mark Deaver was great and the sales manager and finance manager were very patient. However, car was from a different dealer and already had a quality inspection completed. There was a factory defect missed by both the Bobby Rahal dealership and by Piazza. The car needed to have the rear differential replaced with 215 miles on the car. Neither dealership picked up on this defect even though we had the spare tire mounted before taking possession. Understandably, we were very upset and hope that this was an anomaly. More
