Piazza Acura of West Chester goes above and beyond in customer service. They provided me with a loaner when my car broke down and when the part for my car was delayed 5 months they were genuinely concern customer service. They provided me with a loaner when my car broke down and when the part for my car was delayed 5 months they were genuinely concerned for my need of a car and let me keep the loaner until they came up with an alternate source for my part. They were very friendly and kept me informed of everything checking in with me periodically. I highly recommend this dealership for purchasing and servicing Acuras. More
