I was very pleased with the service I received about 2.5 weeks ago. I had called the day before, delivered my car by 7 am the next day and was given a loaner. Really miss Stewart! He has been my service advisor for 20 years. Told me I needed registration but wasn’t even going to be sent to my house until Feb 2022. I needed a flat tire replacement. In advance of me getting there for my appointment, I called to share what tires I had on my car and emailed photos of the tire too. However, when I go there, I was to getting there for my appointment, I called to share what tires I had on my car and emailed photos of the tire too. However, when I go there, I was told that the exact tire that matched what I had was not in stock so because I was in a hurry, I had no option but to accept whatever was in stock. Now my car looks a little weird since 3 tires look one way and 1 tire looks different. Other than that, i had a pleasant experience. Everyone was nice and everything was done timely. More
