Went to dealer for A/C cooling problem, I was told it is the positive battery cable issue, the part is not in stock, need to order, so made another appointment, charged $159.95 for the labor that day, and w the positive battery cable issue, the part is not in stock, need to order, so made another appointment, charged $159.95 for the labor that day, and will be charged $461.38 for installing part. After YouTube search, bought a relay from Amazon for $5, and spent a couple of minutes to replacing the faulty relay, the cooling air problem fixed. A total different problem the dealer technician told me, is the technician unqualified or dishonest? More

The service team at Piazza Acura is great. On routine service I’m in and out in a reasonable amount of time. On my recent visit they let me know that the transmission issues I noted were covered by a tec service I’m in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
