I’ve been going to Piazza Acura for my service the past 4 years. I had an oil change and transmission fluid change this time. My service manager (Robert) was friendly, professional and discussed with me addi years. I had an oil change and transmission fluid change this time. My service manager (Robert) was friendly, professional and discussed with me additional things I should keep an eye on. Waiting room is nice and they offer cold drinks and snacks. WiFi is also available. There is never any pressure and I never feel like they are telling me something that isn’t necessary. I follow my owners manual closely and know when the services are nice to have vs. necessary. I highly recommend this dealer. More

Leased a RDX for my wife. Phone wouldn't work in the car, they blamed her cord and phone. bought a new cord and phone will wouldn't work.
