Past encounters with customer service staff were always positive, but my appointment Dec, 11 2025 was a disappointment. I brought my auto to Honda to have the heat checked because after my previous appointment Nov 24 2025 there was no heat on the drivers side. Ms. Darrow informed me I needed a diagnostic check too determine the problem, the cost - $186. I refused to agree the test or pay for it. So I am driving my Honda Civic 21 with less than 33,000 miles and kept in a garage. The bottom line is - I had heat on the drivers side of my car before my appointment Nov 24 and after my appointment , no heat on the drivers side.. I told Rebecca and Theresa "If I leave here today, you will not see me again" They offered to install a new heat motor, of course , at my expense. I declined. Your company does not value loyal customers. More
