This was the worst experience ever, they don't know how to diagnose a problem, they just remove and replace parts. When we brought the car back in for the same issue, they told us that it was a 'hiccup". W to diagnose a problem, they just remove and replace parts. We ended up taking our car to another dealer who properly diagnosed the problem and most likely, didn't require the expensive repair that Piazza Honda of Springfield did. When we called, they denied it and refused to refund the money. Avoid this dealership, plenty of other reputable and competent places to use. More
