I have been buying Fords for last 25 years but after reading reviews I decided to check out the CRV. I was looking them over and Steve Williams came out to show me around. I then took for test drive and picked up my wife to also check out and when I came back He went over all the features with me. I called him and gave him a price I received through my work benefits online from another dealer. When I came back a week later to buy he matched price. After we bought I expected I would have to show my wife everything he showed me and read up on manual m. Steve spent close to an hour AFTER we bought car to show my wife all the options and also take the car back to detainers since there was a little glue mark from plastic cover which I could have taken off very easily. He also synced both our phones and then went over what to do and where to go for service. I was very impressed With details given. More
