Made an appointment for inspection and oil change. When I made the appointment I told them I had to wait for it. 4 hours and 15 minutes later the work was finished. Typically at the dealership they come out made the appointment I told them I had to wait for it. 4 hours and 15 minutes later the work was finished. Typically at the dealership they come out to you and try and sell you other things that need to be done. The service guy didn’t come and see me about additional items until I was already there 2.5 hours. What’s the point in offering appointments where you are going to wait for your car if they can’t do simple service items in a reasonable amount of time. I will be trying a different Honda dealer for my next service. More
