Sloppy service I took my Accord in for safety recall service for air bags and an oil change. When I received my car back there was part of the molding dislodged arou I took my Accord in for safety recall service for air bags and an oil change. When I received my car back there was part of the molding dislodged around the passenger side where the airbag had been installed. We were able to adjust it back in place ourselves. A piece of fabric I'm guessing is some type of liner around the moulding on my driver side airbag was on the floor. The same fabric is out of place and visible on the driver side near windshield. Black dirty hand prints on both sides where air bags had been installed. The desk people were curteous as usual but the service was subpar for this visit. The technicians should be reminded to take their time and clean up after themselves. My car may be a bit worn but it's still my baby. More
