Kyle at the service desk is OUTSTANDING!! Call center rep didn't listen or understand my service agreement. She said.earliest appointment was July 5th for a tire gash. Kyle at the front went.out of his way to assist. He went outside to look at tire (although he was swamped). He informed me the tire was not safe. Kyle was knowledgeable and direct. He solved my dilemma by giving me.options. They were very busy with a 2 hour wait time. I ubered home instead of waiting. Two hours later, Kyle called, all.done. He found my service agreement. No.problem. He saved the day. The call center rep was very mistaken, even when I was explaining the tire.situation. Kyle earned.5 stars. Call center 0. More

We were in and out with our brand new CR-V in about 3 hours, which I think is actually pretty good given the complexity of the transaction. I will certainly recommend to my friends and family looking to buy a Honda to go to Piazza Honda of Springfield (and to ask for Mike specifically). More
