Poor customer service I was being told that when 3 tires for $110 each and would get the 4th one for free. Which comes down to 330$ . The service department customer servic I was being told that when 3 tires for $110 each and would get the 4th one for free. Which comes down to 330$ . The service department customer service rep told me that it will come to 497$ with mount, balance and install. When the installation has been completed the total bill came to 590$. We weren’t able to deny or refuse paying them . I will never recommend anyone going to the Honda dealership in Springfield to get any tires More

Not the usual excellent service on this occasion. I have always had an excellent experience with Piazza Honda in Springfield but on this occasion I was called to come in for a recall on my car. I t I have always had an excellent experience with Piazza Honda in Springfield but on this occasion I was called to come in for a recall on my car. I took the car in and left it there, as soon as I reached home I received a call stating the parts needed were not in stock. I felt that since I was called to come in they should have checked to make sure they had all parts needed for the recall repair. I was not too upset about it because things happen but I had to get someone to bring me back home which caused me to use gas that I could not afford since gas prices have gone up. More
