Frustrating I love my Honda CRV and would recommend it without reservation. However my experience last week when I brought it to the dealer because of two recalls I love my Honda CRV and would recommend it without reservation. However my experience last week when I brought it to the dealer because of two recalls was less than positive. I was told the work would take approximately two hours. When two and a half hours had passed, I inquired and was told the repair was not finished. My guess is that the technician had no idea what to do since it was a new problem and mine might have been the first he had seen. I was given a loaner so I could leave, but what should have taken two hours, took my entire day. I left my house with my own car at 9:30am and didn’t return with my own car until 4:00pm.
