Quick service but My experience was okay. Someone greeted me as soon as I went in, prompt service, and upsale but I was expecting it. Problem was the unprofessional way My experience was okay. Much needed TLC I worked with Mike, and from the beginning his confidence and knowledge in my specific vehicle put me at ease. I changed all my tires (allWD) flushed I worked with Mike, and from the beginning his confidence and knowledge in my specific vehicle put me at ease. I changed all my tires (allWD) flushed my trans. and rear-dif and had some service done that Honda covered due to a mis-fire in my fuel-injection system. I paid nearly a grand for all of this service, but it should have been closer to $2.5k or higher. Not only did I get a great deal, but I got the piece of mind of Honda techs and an amazing customer service rep. Thanks to Mike and Pizza Honda of Springfield! More
