We called and they promised to get me in a new car by the end of the night. I worked with Adam, but also met a lot of nice, friendly people there. Stopped getting cars serviced a while ago because every time we went, you try to strong arm us into getting major repairs done. Could have had a car serviced the week before, but without fail your people pressure into getting new tires, brakes etc. Only took a car in this week because of your repeated efforts to get recall work done. Without fail, you attempted to convince my wife she needed over $500 of work done. Not only will we never visit your service again, we'll never buy a car from you and will actively tell everyone we know not to use your dealership. You are not trustworthy or ethical, and people like you are what give car dealerships such a horrible reputation. We will use people that are honest and work in our interest. I can't express strongly enough what a negative experience it is having to deal with your company. More

The worst experience The whole repair took 32 days which exceed the rent coverage provided by insurance. I was calling the shop everyday left and right, they would tell me The whole repair took 32 days which exceed the rent coverage provided by insurance. I was calling the shop everyday left and right, they would tell me it would be ready tomorrow then nothing, and never gave me a straight answer.there were many times that no one answered the phone! Days went by, they finally told me the car is ready for pick up when I called them, no one called me! I was very excited to get my car back, when I got in, I was shocked! My Acura RDX was so filthy, dust, dirt and finger prints / black prints all over my leather seats, I was so upset and went inside to talk to the body shop manager Paul, he didn’t believe me and went to my car with me. After seeing how bad it was, he said if I had a few mins, he would asked his guys to clean up immediately. After waiting for 30 mins or so, Paul finally drove the car out and I saw it was some what wiped down but there were still dusts/dirt in some areas such as cup holders and the gap of the seats. At this point, I couldn’t wait until longer because I had to leave for work. Paul did apologize but the whole thing was not acceptable. I will definitely not return to this place ever. You definitely lost me as a customer. More
