Disappointed that it took 2 days to fix the air conditioner in my Civic, and that I did not get a loaner car to go to work the second day. There was nothing avail that it took 2 days to fix the air conditioner in my Civic, and that I did not get a loaner car to go to work the second day. There was nothing available at the dealership. I had to scramble around and had to inconvenience family members so I could borrow a car from them. I am happy with the work and that all was covered by my extended warranty. More

Great speedy recall/warrenty service I had a great experience this week with the service department. Great scheduling experience dispite a 2 weeks backlog, on a recall airbag component. Drove in on appointment time, was greated with a smile by the valet guy and service manager quickly took my info and had a cup of coffee. The guys in the shop didn't mess around and it was done in about an hour. Valet brought my car around and I went about my day. Thanks! More
