Inconvenient Recall I had a second airbag recall. I called to schedule an appointment and learned that a loaner car would not be available despite the Honda paperwork say I had a second airbag recall. Exceptional customer service I came in on Saturday morning for an oil change for my 2017 CRV. Unbeknownst to me my state inspection was two months past due! The service technici I came in on Saturday morning for an oil change for my 2017 CRV. Unbeknownst to me my state inspection was two months past due! The service technician (Jonathan) was professional and accommodating and told me that they would be able to do the inspection while I was there. He also checked for open recalls and had that issue addressed too. Gave me an accurate wait time and was courteous and helpful.
