Exhausting but largely pleasant experience After doing my internet search and making an appointment,I was met at the door within three minutes. He had the vehicle ready that I wanted to drive. No waiting around for them to find the car like at some other dealerships. Test drive was ok, but would have preferred an opportunity to test drive on the highway like you can do at Scott Honda. Jim was able to answer all my questions and demonstrate all the features of the car and tell me about some I did't know. I really appreciate working with him. They need to speed up the process from agreeing to terms and getting in the finance manager's office to complete the paperwork. The persons preparing the car did not clean the inside of the car well More

Great experience We really lucked out when Adam greeted us when we arrived! My daughter was looking for her first car and knew exactly what she wanted. My daughter has a trust fund with crazy requirements and an even crazier administrator of the trust. Within minutes of us arriving, Adam found the car my daughter wanted! She was thrilled! Unfortunately getting this car was a huge drawn out process (because of the trust). Adam was awesome keeping us up to date with with everything going on. Answered calls and texts right away! He made the process of by a car not so bad for a first timer! Not only would I recommend Honda but I would tell them to ask for Adam!
