Great overall experience! The process was great. I test drove cars I was interested in with Mike Johnston. I was there to look at new leases. But I was so comfortable with the The process was great. I drove home in my new lease of my Honda Civic 2019. I was very happy about how the process went. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had asked Mike to run two different scenarios for the Civic to have extra features. He did not have a problem doing so. I love my car and am thankful to Piazza Honda of Springfield for being so awesome. I have been leasing there for 6 years and I just leased again. Always a pleasure there with great customer service.
