Upon arrival I visited Frank per my co-workers suggestion. Frank immediately found out what I was looking for and brought me the exact vehicle I desired. I only went in for an oil change this From the minute you pull into the service center, until the time your service is complete EVERYONE is pleasant. I only went in for an oil change this time, but, it doesn't matter. The service tech came right up, said hello, took my keys and moved my car right into the stall. Went inside, greeted again, and info was taken. Waiting area was clean, with coffee, tea and cookies to pass the time :) while watching TV. The time went by quickly, service performed, spoke to mechanic, everything was ok, and I was on the road again within 40 minutes! LOVE this place! You have an awesome staff, starting with sales and following thru with service. I have been a customer for many years, and these are the reasons I continue to lease my car here. More
