The salesman, Jim Helmig, did a good job of entertaining me while we waited for the car. The Finance Manager offered to transfer the Zurich Shield policy from my old car without my asking. Super laid back and easy to work through! My dealer Frank had figured everything out in a few quick seconds. The insurance was the biggest issue.
