I had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Steve Williams and Mr. Alex Ramos buying my new CRV. Both Mr. Williams and Mr. Ramos made my buying process easy and made sure that I was comfortable and informed during the process. Both also stayed late on Wednesday evening so that I could get my entire process wrapped up--I really appreciate their friendliness and professionalism at the very end of the workday. Steve also took extra time to assist me with learning all of the features of the new car and helped point out several things that I should go ahead and set up---things I would not have known to do on my own. They are both quality associates and I would highly recommend Steve Williams in Sales and Alex Ramos in Finance....both keep the process straightforward and helped me find the best deal for my individual circumstance.
