Performed service not agreed to which increased my bill! Sca I came in to ha ve my car inspected and I asked them to replace windshield wipers. The Service agent estimated a charge of $64.95 and I signed the inv I came in to ha ve my car inspected and I asked them to replace windshield wipers. The Service agent estimated a charge of $64.95 and I signed the invoice agreeing.After waiting 2 hours she came out and told me there was a nail in my tire and they wanted to plug it. I asked how much she said $19.95. I agreed. When I checked out I was billed $242......I paid and went to my car and checked the bill. I saw they rotated my tires and changed transmission oil..I did not agree to this service ..First, my tires are new and have less than 1,009 miles on them and I wasn't prepared to have this service. I only wanted an inspection and wipers replaced. This is not ethical . More
