Longevity. My first Honda was in 1981 it was a Honda Civic. I bought it at Philadelphia Honda which now is Piazza Honda. I have bought and leased several Hondas over the years, with this very same organization. I was only disappointed once. They are great organization and that why I keep coming back. Very disappointing experience I scheduled a service appointment for my "new to me" pre-owned honda odyssey because I've been having two issues with the vehicle since I purchased in I scheduled a service appointment for my "new to me" pre-owned honda odyssey because I've been having two issues with the vehicle since I purchased in August. The day after I purchased the vehicle the "check tire pressure" sensor came on and I had to put air in 3 of the 4 tires in order for the light to go off. I scheduled an appt and was told that the tires were fine. Since that time I have had to put air in the tires weekly. Also, the passenger rear sliding door doesn't close automatically, it beeps and opens back up periodically. This has been happening on and off since I purchased the vehicle. I made the appointment to have this looked at 3 weeks in advance of the appointment and was scheduled to drop it off Thurs Oct 24th at 8am. I needed to change my work schedule to accommodate a 7:30 drop off and left it there for the day. As I was walking into the service center at 6pm, I received a voicemail from Mike that they had not had time to look at the vehicle. I work full time and have 2 very busy children, with another on the way, and I would expect a higher level of customer service than someone just telling me, "sorry we couldn't get to it" after I had to rearrange my schedule and coordinate a ride. Furthermore, he said he would call to reschedule an appointment and I received no follow up in over a week. Now driving to work today, my check tire pressure light came on again, and I will have to again put air in the tires. I would also expect that a certified pre-owned vehicle would have tires that were inspected and not losing air on a weekly basis. In general, I'm unhappy with the service and the condition the car was in when purchased. More
Did not get what was guaranteed Piazza was supposed to match what another dealer quoted me, which they agreed to do but never provided the service I was charged for. I was supposed to have my front brakes replaced and the rotors replaced. In looking at my bill after I left I noticed that only the front rotors were resurfaced and not replaced. That is not what I paid for and that is not what the price match was for. I’ve bought three cars there in the last eight years and spent thousands of dollars in your service department. I contacted my credit card company last night and will not pay for this invoice until I get this all straightened out, but no one thing. As a result of all this, you will never get another dime from me or my family again! More
