My 2009 Hyundai accent had a safety recall and the Service Department at Piazza Hyundai was very aware of the recall and accommodating. Service Advisors are great, had appointment scheduled for eleven o'clock, I found out that I could not make it an hour prior to that. Called the dealership, and was able to re arrange it for the same date l eleven o'clock, I found out that I could not make it an hour prior to that. Called the dealership, and was able to re arrange it for the same date later on in the afternoon. No problem. To me having a busy schedule, and being able to do that with such short notice, in todays busy world is fantastic service for them to do something like that for me. It's the little things like that that mean the most. They work with you not against you. Thank you service department. More
