I bought my car at this dealership because they raved about how good and inclusive their service department was. I have had nothing but headaches from them for the last three years. The first time was about how good and inclusive their service department was. I have had nothing but headaches from them for the last three years. The first time was when they told me I needed new brakes. I wasn't going to have them replace them because my fiance can do it for the cost of the part. The service department told me they would cut my roters anyway. They did a terrible job, and cut them completely unevenly. As a result I gave them a poor service review. From that point on, I have been harassed every time I take my car in about giving them a poor review. Most recently, they had my car for TEN DAYS to determine why it's stalling and not downshifting properly. While the problem occurred multiple times before it was taken in, they claimed they couldn't get it to repeat the problem in the whole ten days it was there. Ironically, immediately after I picked it up (they did nothing because they can't tell me what's wrong with it, but still charged me $50 for looking at it), it stalled, and the downshifting was worse than it was before I took it in. They also make you initial a sheet before you pay saying you will give them 100% on your survey or you'll call them and have them fix the problem first. To me, that defeats the purpose of a survey that is supposed to give Hyundai and the dealership feedback about what they're doing wrong! More
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership that was newly inspected by their service department. Within two weeks I noticed a noise in the front end so I dropped it off to my local mechanic to check it newly inspected by their service department. Within two weeks I noticed a noise in the front end so I dropped it off to my local mechanic to check it out. He found that both front coil springs were rusted/rotted and broken. He told me that the car should never have passed inspection and was unsafe to drive. When I contacted the dealership they quickly transferred me to the service department where I was informed that this problem was not covered by the 3 month power train warranty that came with the car. After reminding them that I had purchased the car less than 2 weeks before and that they had supposedly inspected and certified this vehicle as safe to operate the service manager said "Let me see what I can do" and hung up. Without any communication to me they towed the vehicle from my local mechanic's shop back to their service department. When I called they said that parts were on order and that I would be contacted when it was done. My local mechanic recommended that the struts and assembly be replaced as well as the rotted/rusted coil springs but when I mentioned this to the service manager at the dealership he dismissed it and said they would decide what the car needed. Needless to say they did the bare minimum and replaced just the coil springs, pronouncing the struts, etc. as still in good shape. Remember this is the same service department that just two weeks before had placed a state inspection sticker on the windshield certifying the car as in good condition and safe to drive. Even though my purchase includes two free oil changes per year I will not be returning to this dealership. Especially not to use their service department. More
They didn't have the car I wanted, so it was brought in from an out of state dealership. I wasn't allowed to see the car until I'd signed all the paperwork. The car was damaged. I was given a loaner an from an out of state dealership. I wasn't allowed to see the car until I'd signed all the paperwork. The car was damaged. I was given a loaner and told I'd have another car soon. I did get another undamaged car half a week later. It took me around two months to get any kind of floor mat for the back. Not what I ordered when I bought the car. After repeatedly getting the run around someone pulled one out of a demo for me. Five months later now, my radio is still not operating correctly although I communicated numerous times to the dealership. More

I went to buy, and they didn't even try to work with me, music blaring (and I'm a musician!) When I told them what I wanted, the sales person walked away, came back, said there was nothing he could do and I music blaring (and I'm a musician!) When I told them what I wanted, the sales person walked away, came back, said there was nothing he could do and I left without even speaking to a manager. I then went to Colonial Hyundai on a reccomendation from a friend, and they bent over backwards to help me. I bought a Tucson that day! More
These guys don't want to sell cars. When I asked for a price, they refused. All they did was slander other dealers and tell me how great they were. They told me that their competitor, Colonial Hyundai, price, they refused. All they did was slander other dealers and tell me how great they were. They told me that their competitor, Colonial Hyundai, could not sell me a Sonata for what they advertised it for in the newspaper, and they told me to go there, not buy it and come back and they would beat Colonial's "best deal". I went ther and bought the car and they tripled my Hyundai rebates. Get a grip guys. Slandering another dealer is not salesmanship and will never sell cars. Ralph More
