This was a tough deal all around. However, the deal was made after this review was sent and prior to my knowledge of the review. The issue of an additional $300 unfortunately left to the customer to trade the vehicle or to replace the vehicle with the equivalent cash do solely to approval parameters for financing. With that said, I know ritageorge (posted user name) left with a car she loves last night and I hope for future visits from her for service and future business. Darren Brown
