I walked in cold one afternoon, met Jerrod. I told him what I didn't want and and what I think my wife wanted and after a few seconds, he pulled up two vehicles and I took a look. Later that afternoon, I brought my wife back and he gave us the keys for our first test drive. The next day, she returned with her 95 year old mom and more test drives were done. One repair was identified and today, we closed and brought it home. I appreciated the military discount, and all the TLC but most of we appreciate Jerrod. Not only did he know his stuff but he was so passionate about communicating with us and doing all he could to make the sales experience amazing, and he did just that. His integrity was amazing.
