Paul was extremely patient and friendly during our car purchasing experience. We asked for a lot of information about the purchase of the vehicle. I called and I negotiated a price over the phone with Robert because in live 120 miles away in Allentown Pa and did not want to haggle over price. my wife and I went to look at the car and put as deposit on it to hold until we came back from Ga to pick it up. I called Robert and we set up a time on Saturday morning that he could present the keys to my son who knew nothing about it. as we pulled in Saturday morning in a 36 foot motorhome, the car was detailed and siting out front. Robert walked up to mikey and just handed him the keys as many other sales people looked on. what a nice surprise for my son who will serve this country. Plus the new tires and brakes that we negotatied on were on the car. What a nice experience at pine belt chevy. Thank you Robert and all the staff who made this a really nice surprise.
