Awesome for a second time!! So about a month ago Billy sold me and my wife our first Jeep and we loved it!!! But I’ve always had my eyes on a Dodge Ram. THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER BEEN THROUGH. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO TO PINE BELT JEEP DODGE RAM IN LAKEWOOD AGAIN. MY GRANDMOTHER PASSED AWAY THIS WEEK, AND I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO TO PINE BELT JEEP DODGE RAM IN LAKEWOOD AGAIN. MY GRANDMOTHER PASSED AWAY THIS WEEK, AND I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO TREATING MYSELF TO A CAR. LITTLE DID I KNOW IT WOULD GET EVEN WORSE. THEY PROMISED ME A PRICE FOR A CAR ON TUESDAY MARCH 5TH. WE SHOOK HANDS WITH THE SALES MANAGER ROBERT S. AT 30,000 FOR THAT CAR THAT I HAD JUST TEST DROVE AFTER FEES, TAXES AND TRADE IN. I LEFT A $500.00 DEPOSIT FOR THE CAR. THE NEXT DAY I CAME TO THE DEALERSHIP WOTH ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS THEY HAD ASKED ME TO BRING, ALONG WITH PAYMENT. I GOT VERY EXCITED THAT THE CAR HAD THE SOLD SIGN ON IT, AND WE WENT INSIDE TO SEAL THE DEAL. AFTER MEETING WITH THE FINANCE MANAGER RYAN G., THEY THEN REALIZED THAT THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON THEIR END. THEY PROCED OUT THE WEONG CAR. ALL OF THE PAPER WORK WAS WRONG. HE TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE NO CHANGE IN PRICE AND HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WOULD DO. THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY PRICE OF THE CAR I WANT WENT UP $6,000 AND IF I WANTED IT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THAT. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER AND INSTEAD THEY SEND OUT THIS UNEDUCATED, UNETHICAL MATT L. HE WAS VERY RUDE TO US TELLING MY BOYFRIEND WHO LOOKED UP THE VALUE OF THE CAR THAT “HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT.” JUST BECAUSE WE ARE YOUNG THESE PEOPLE THINK THAT THEY COULD RIP US OFF AND WALK ALL OVER US. THIS INCIDENT WAS DISCRIMINATION. THEY BACKED OUT AFTER I LEFT A DEPOSIT ON THE CAR, AND CAME TO PICK IT UP. THE POOR EXCUSE FOR A GENERAL SALES MANAGER AHMED WOULDNT EVEN COME OUT TO SAY HE WAS SORRY FOR THEIR MISTAKE, SHAKE OUR HANDS OR ANYTHING!!! NEVER EVER EVER HAVE I HAD THIS KIND OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALES MANAGER SHOOK MY HAND AND PROMISED ME A PRICE AND THEN TOLD ME TO MY FACE THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND WONT HONOR THE PRICE THAT I WAS PROMISED. Pine Belt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of LAKEWOOD YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. YOUR GENERAL MANAGER IS AN EXCUSE FOR A MANAGER. LAUGHING ON THE FLOOR(LITERALLY) IN THE OFFICE WHILE I CAN SEE HIM THROUGH THE GLASS ROOM. DISGRACEFUL. HAD US TAKE A PICTURE WITH THE CAR AND EVERYTHING LIKE IT WAS MINE I COME TO PICK IT UP AND YOU BACK OUT ON THE DEAL BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKE. DISGUSTING YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. AFTER ALL OF THIS THE GM SAYS xxxx GIVE US 3,000 OFF BUT DIDNT GO BACK TO THE PRICE I WAS PROMISED. IT TURNS OUT THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL ME A DIFFERENT (CHEAPER) CAR THAN WHAT I TEST DROVE. NOW THE POOR SALESMAN GERARD WHO WAS THE ONLY DECENT HUMAN BEING THROUGH OUR WHOLE CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WILL PROBABLY GET FIRED BECAUSE OF SOMETHING THAT WASNT EVEN HIS FAULT. THIS IS NOT A CAR DEALERSHIP, THIS IS A CIRCUS. NEVER BUY A CAR HERE. The worst car experience of my life. More
