Terrible Service department and customer service. Bought a pre-owned "certified" 2017 Jeep Renegade. After driving it less than 50 miles the car started to make a funny sound and the air conditioner Bought a pre-owned "certified" 2017 Jeep Renegade. After driving it less than 50 miles the car started to make a funny sound and the air conditioner was blowing warm air. Tried to make an appointment with their service department was told there was a one month wait. After calling our sales person we got in 3 days later. After they looked at the car and hooked it up to there diagnostic computer we were told their was nothing wrong with it. When we go to pick it up, it still isn't working, the technician comes out and says I don't know who looked at this but there is something wrong. We find out two hoses have leaks. We go to pick up the car 4 days later when we get there they never put the fenders by the tires back on, we are told they would do it the next morning and deliver it to us. When the car doesn't show up I call, and the service department didn't realize we didn't take the car. Told they would fix the problem and deliver it the next day. They call and say they fixed the problem but can't deliver us the car. We finally go back to the dealership to pick up the car only to find it hasn't been detailed as promised. Just found out from the corporate office their was a recall issued almost a month ago we were not told about. You couldn't pay me to give them any more business!!! Horrible!! More
