I researched a few dealers on the internet just to get an idea of prices on the 2011 Town and Country. I called Marina in the internet sales department and explained what I was looking for and was honest and told her that I had looked at other dealers when she told me that Pine Belt will do a price match if I found a dealer that was cheaper, all I had to do bring was bring it in in writing and they would match that price. I set an appointment up for that evening and went in and met with Mike Myers who was extremely personable, knowledgeable and in no way pushy or obnoxius. I test drove the Town and Country and walked out that evening with my new van. Pine Belt gave me a reasonable offer for my trade-in so there was no hassle or haggling. I had low offers on my trade in because it had a little body damage and they made a big stink about it. I almost cut a deal I was not entirely happy with on rt 46 and my boyfriend insisted I go check out Pinebrook. Pinebrook went above and beyond the call of duty. They did not have the basic model Jeep I was looking for and could afford and so they worked a deal on a higher end one and gave me a ridiculous price on my trade in so that I could afford something even better. I walked away ecstatic from this dealership. They were down to earth, kind, they didn't pressure me at all and they were very straight forward with me with no run around... no back and forth with "buy now" prices and a manager in a back office pulling all the strings and pressuring you with all their fast talk. They made me the best offer I had seen- no nonsense- they treated me fairly and honestly. It made me feel like I can trust a dealership and can purchase a car on my own as a woman. They have my utmost loyalty as a customer. I live in union county and drove all the way down there to buy this car and it was worth the time... As a woman I would go here again before anywhere else. He had great patience in listening to every comment and answering every question from our talkative 10 year old. Our pricing agreement on the new vehicle itself was excellent. We still feel disappointed, however, in the offered trade-in value of the nice vehicle brought in for trade in this deal. We believe there was more value there for us, but we couldn’t get it into our deal. It leaves us a little miffed and feeling shorted, but doesn’t affect our positive interactions in working with sales consultant Mike.
