Fred went above and beyond to help my son finance his first vehicle. He was thorough, patient, and honest with all of his questions as I sat silently for moral support. The finance team worked seamlessly first vehicle. He was thorough, patient, and honest with all of his questions as I sat silently for moral support. The finance team worked seamlessly with us to come up with terms that worked well for him, and as an added bonus they had an insurance agent onsite to handle calling the insurance company for us and getting the proper documentation sent over. Fred definitely made us as parents look full of it(in a great way), because we warned our son it takes all day and a lot of negotiation to buy a car, when in fact it did not. When we left in less than two hours, Chase said that was nothing like you said. We will definitely return for future purchases, and can’t thank the whole team enough! More
